Lacour-Berthiot is a French optical family company founded in the middle of the 19th century. In 1908 it became a public limited company under the name of SOM (Société d'Optique et de Mécanique de Haute Précision) and part of its activity was then military. In the 1950s it was the largest French manufacturer of instrumental optics.

Beautiful condition. Very nice lens without trace of scratch or mushroom.
