The Kaiserpanorama was a large, round wooden cabinet that allowed twenty-five people to view a series of stereoscopic photographs at the same time. When viewed through special stereoscopic viewers, the photographs appeared in three dimensions.

The Kaiserpanorama was patented in 1888 by the German entrepreneur and showman August Fuhrmann (1844-1925).
