The Tivoli waterfalls in Italy are a famous natural and historical site located near Rome. They are formed by the Aniene River, which flows through the town of Tivoli and creates a series of spectacular falls with a total drop of approximately 160 meters. These waterfalls have played a significant role in history and art since Roman times.

They have inspired many artists, painters and writers, particularly in the 18th and 19th centuries. Artists such as Hubert Robert, Corot, Turner and Caroline Berthod depicted this site, blending wild nature and ancient ruins, which made it a symbol of the romantic and antiquing Italian landscape.
